“There is no service department with CAM Solar. I have been dealing with them for 9 years since our system was installed. They take weeks to respond to an email or phone calls. When you finally talk to someone, there is no substance to the answer you’re given. After two inverters and constant frustration with just trying to see if anyone cares that the system we purchased isn’t working. I am done. Found a new local solar company that will be handling my service and warranties. If I were the veteran that owned CAM Solar, I would quit telling people I served. It’s embarrassing behavior for a business.”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, been trying to have service done and we haven’t even be able to speak to anyone on a call or a valid response in email. For how much we paid off on our solar panels we should be able to have the proper response or any response besides a default email saying “you will hear back in a couple of weeks from a representative”. Our inverter has been out and we haven’t been able to have any solar connection. We went to the office today with the address on the website and it is not existing under CAM Solar. The phone number has no response after leaving messages throughout the past months. This is absolutely unacceptable.”

“We have been trying to get our solar fixed for four months now!! CAM Solar's customer service is a joke. When you try to call someone will answer the phone, but they don't talk. In the meantime I can hear noise in the background while I repeatedly say, " hello, hello." They wouldn't even come out to try to find the problem until I paid $150. upfront. Finally someone came out to find the problem( in mid June) and said the fuse in the inverter was blown, but he had jobs out of town for 2 weeks and couldn't come back until after that. We are now at the end of August and no one has been back. We have tried to call again and now they will only communicate with us by email. They sent us a quote for what they want to charge us to fix it, but can't tell us when someone will be here.”

“My solar panels are not working for almost a year and this camsolar company never fixed them. I was told that they would fix them if I ever had any issues. Nobody ever came even after I paid the invoice they sent me through email. I was told that I had to pay the invoice first so they can send someone to check the panels. Invoice Date: 06/05/2025 Description Qty Rate Total Site Inspection Truck roll and initial inspection up to 2 hours. 1.00 $289.00 $144.50 Invoice Total Due: $144.50 I paid the invoice and they never came. This CAMSOLAR COMPANY is not complying with their contract.”

“DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! My brother has been paying for his solar panels and they haven't worked in at least a year. He has been fighting trying to get an replacement inverter which converts the solar power to regular power. The first one was shipped to the wrong address. He doesn't know if they ever sent a replacement for the one shipped to the wrong address as it never arrived at his house. The person who answered his calls transferred his calls to different departments or would say his call would be returned. His calls were never returned. Bottom line - he is paying a ton of money for what are now worthless panels on his roof in addition to paying for his electric. If you don't mind throwing away your money, this is the company for you.”
