About

Cappadonna Electrical Contractors Inc handles electrical work for homes and businesses across San Antonio, Texas. They carry forward the original Cappadonna setup that started serving the area back in 1986 and keep a licensed crew under TECL 39481 for both commercial and residential jobs. San Antonio homes often deal with older wiring and sudden outages from storms or heavy use, while businesses need steady power for build outs and daily operations. The outfit stays ready for calls on anything from basic repairs to full upgrades that follow code without shortcuts.

Their crew covers commercial build outs and tenant improvements along with residential panel upgrades, rewires, lighting installs and EV charger setups. Service calls focus on fast fixes for tripping breakers, faulty circuits and power loss, with technicians like Mr Manuel showing up to connect wiring properly after other crews caused problems. Joseph Bruni has used them since 2007 for three phase 208 work on his properties because they know the safety side and keep costs reasonable. The team works methodically on every job so inspections pass the first time without return visits or extra headaches for the owner.

Customers keep coming back because the electricians show up on time, explain what needs doing in plain terms and finish without rushing through details that could cause later issues. Reviews mention honest dealings after bad experiences with other outfits, solid quality that holds up and fair pricing on both small service calls and larger projects. Communication stays direct from the first phone call through the final walkthrough. DIRT Score 3.65 from 33 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Used them since 2007, best in town. I originally worked with them commercially in one of my businesses because I am terrified to touch 3 phase 208. Not the most expensive prices either. If there are ANY qualms you have about safety on a project you work on yourself; just have em come out, they are honest.

Excellent Service! The employees work hard to get the job done. They don't rush and very detailed. You won't have to worry about passing inspections. 100% first time. The owner is also very kind and helpful in many ways! Excellent service from start to finish. Phone calls between the customer and public ,patient, detailed and helpful reception. They treat their work personal as if it was for themselves. PROFESSINALISM!!!

I have not had any work done with the company. However, I did experience a driver on the I 10 West, this morning @ 0615. The driver was in the left (slow) lane and then cut me off to get into the fast lane. I blew my horn because he came close to my front end. The driver then moved over and gave me the finger. I did not catch the truck number, but I did get the company name and the truck was one of those utility work trucks. The driver cuts me off and then gives me the finger. Wow. I am giving only 1 star, because I can't give 0 stars. But only due to that driver.

Cappadonna electrical contractor are the BEST!!!! After being scammed by several contractor here in San Antonio, Mr Manuel a very honest and down to earth gentleman came and immediately connected all electrical wiring. I highly recommend these contractors to everybody... They are fast, honest, hard working group of professional individual. Thank you!!!! For all that was done 100% recommend!!!!

Called regarding a tennis court light causing sparks in our breaker box. 2 guys came out and looked at it and they said Francis would submit a proposal. Called back a week later and Maria who answers the phone but then has to transfer a call to someone else to get any sort of question answered, transferred me to Francis and when I asked about the proposal I could tell he didn't have a clue what I was talking about. He asked me what the job entailed and who were the guys that came out. He said 'they' would be out a about week later to do the job. A week came and went and I never received a phone call, email or any sort of communication from them. A week later I called back and again they're asking me questions like who are you and where are you calling from? I think customer service is a little too much for them.
