“High marks for C.S.W. Power Solutions.. A VETERAN owned company. Tuesday, my water heater broke and I gave them a call. They gave the fastest response I've ever received from a company after a call for service. 2 hours after I called, a service tech was at the door.. He came, assessed the problem and said what was needed and said he could fix it that day.. 2-1/2 hours later he was back with the water heater and proceeded to install. Talk about quick. Tech was friendly and respectful..And cleaned everything up behind himself.. I had hot water in about a hour and 20 minutes later.. “C.S.W Power Solutions: my husband spoke with Mr. Williams about issues with our current HVAC system. My husband had Mr. Clayton stop by a few times to refill the outside condenser unit with refrigerant. Mr. Clayton added a dye and sealant to see if that would show where the leak was and hopefully seal the HVAC. Another tech came out to check the HVAC for the location of the leaks. The dye showed a leak in the coil and was significant. Additionally, the tech found a leak in the outside condenser unit, too. At that point, my husband spoke with Mr. Williams. They agreed that the best action to take would be to replace the whole HVAC unit. Mr. Williams was able to find a new HVAC 3.5 ton condenser unit, 15 seer, for a good price. Plus, he was able to come down on the install price for being a good, repeat customers. C.S.W Power Solutions had techs come out to remove and install the new HVAC unit.
