“The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She had another caller on the line. It was distracting, and I could barely hear her. She admitted to having someone on another phone, then said go on. When I couldn’t get out what I needed to say because of the other person talking, she then just placed me on hold. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. If that’s how she represents the company, it’s not a company I would want to do business with. So, I hung up.”
