“Franklin did an excellent job. He was very professional, on time and communicated with me throughout the process. He obtain the city permit, and drawing approval from CPS and forwarded the approvals to me. He also had to coordinate with CPS as they had to upgrade the line from the pole to my service box. He met the city inspector for the final inspection and obtained approval. He promptly forwarded a copy of the approval to me. He did all this for a very fair price, and I’m happy with his work.
