About

Cross Creek Maintenance works as an electrician based in San Antonio, Texas. The local climate with its extreme summer heat and occasional severe storms puts heavy demands on residential and commercial electrical systems, leading to frequent calls for circuit overloads, breaker failures, and surge damage. Homeowners in the area often need updates to older wiring that cannot support modern appliances and air conditioning units running at full capacity for months on end. The company handles these day-to-day demands across neighborhoods where properties range from decades-old builds to newer developments that still experience grounding and panel issues during peak usage periods.

They perform repairs on kitchen electrical connections and appliance circuits that residents report as failing or unsafe, along with service calls for maintenance in multi-unit buildings where work orders accumulate. Jobs include addressing tripped breakers tied to high-load equipment and restoring power after weather events that affect multiple homes at once. Response often involves licensed technicians dispatched to sites in the San Antonio metro and nearby communities, though feedback shows delays when multiple requests stack up during busy seasons. Customers describe situations where basic fixes like outlet replacements or wiring checks take longer than expected, leaving households dealing with ongoing problems such as non-functioning refrigeration or poor lighting in key areas.

Reviews point to consistent shortfalls in speed and follow-through, with residents noting that work orders for electrical and related maintenance sit unresolved for extended periods while surrounding conditions deteriorate. Communication receives criticism as well, as updates on timelines remain vague and quality of completed work varies. Price feedback is limited but tied to the same frustration over repeated visits that do not fully resolve the original issues. DIRT Score 1.86 from 12 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I’ve lived here since 2018 and nothing has been updated. I keep making work orders about my apartment that is now out of date on everything in the kitchen. The magnet to the fridge is broken and door won’t stay closed everything gets bad fast and they have yet to come fix. My cabinets are bad bad and yet they haven’t came to fix them or replace cause I don’t think there is any fixing those. My stove back burner doesn’t work and a knob doesn’t wanna turn to turn in the fire and they haven’t came after I complain and make a work order. They have us in units with window unit ac and the heat still is bad upstairs in the rooms insulation sucks. The windows have opening so air leaks out and ants crawl in. Not to mention we have washer connection but not dryer connections. We hang clothes outside where spider webs continue to grow (even after taking them off). There’s no cover for when it’s rainy and have no where to dry clothes. Do better Saha for the disabled and accessibilities for your residents.

I love the place, you can get to know people better here, no one is lost, there's fences, a basketball court and a playground! There's plenty of space to run around. It's just that the matnince service might be a little slow, but it's ok.

Love our managers here!!!

Ghetto people. And ghetto surroundings. Proverty stricken. I wouldn’t recommend these apts. Ghetto children with no home training to respect people. Ignorance is at its bliss there.

Management is awesome, quite Like it here my daughter lives here pray I get one in the future
