About

D.D. Services works as an electrician based in San Antonio, Texas. This specialty contractor focuses on electrical projects across the local area with emphasis on industrial and energy markets. The company runs with a crew of ten to fifty people and takes on contracts valued between one hundred thousand and one million dollars. They signed up with the Procore network in September twenty twenty four and list their address at seven twenty two West Craig Place. Their activity centers on serving San Antonio builders and owners who need reliable electrical support in those sectors without extra layers of management.

San Antonio summers push air conditioning systems hard while sudden storms knock out power and damage wiring so electricians stay busy fixing circuits and installing backup options. D.D. Services handles industrial setups including high voltage distribution lines and utility tie ins on larger sites. They assess existing panels or generators then run new lines for expansions or replace faulty breakers to restore service. Jobs often involve troubleshooting outages in warehouses or bringing older buildings up to code before inspections. Crews show up with tools ready to trace problems and complete the fix in one visit when possible rather than stretching the work across weeks.

Customers give low marks across the board for how the company communicates and conducts itself on site. Reviews point to staff who fail to return calls and show up disorganized which delays even basic electrical repairs. Quality of the finished work and speed of response draw repeated complaints while price details come across as unclear until the bill arrives. These patterns hold steady through all thirteen reviews and leave homeowners wary of scheduling anything beyond the simplest tasks. DIRT Score 1.82 from 13 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Very unprofessional. I am not able to contact the house manager for my sister and they don't contact me when she is in the hospital. I would not recommend this place when looking to place your loved one. The staff has been very cold and not forth coming when it comes to giving information. I have been trying to establish guardianship and they get in the way of the process even with two attorneys attempting the same goal. Don't place anyone in their care.

Organizations like this have everything to do with the local leadership, local team, and management. Corporate can screw up, but if the team caring for your loved one is a good one, you are blessed. As MPOA and DPOA for a family friend with intellectual disabilities, we had ups and downs with DS our first year, but once staffing in the group home stabilized with less turnover, and a new exec director came in for San Antonio, everything changed for the better. Always had amazing nurses like Nicole and Michael, a few great case managers like Daria, and house manager Maurice and caregiver Kayla. Each of these individuals truly cared about the residents there, and deserve the highest praise and recognition. Most people take advantage of the elderly, and especially if they are intellectually challenged. If you are looking for a group home experience for a loved one, where they will be loved and not just babysat, look at DS.

Unprofessional and organized. Would not recommend for care or employement
