“I call them and told the girl I had a problem with outside outlets and needed to be checked. I was told it was a $45.00 to check. When they came knocking on my door they already had an estimate of $280.00 to change one outlet without even seeing nothing. I told then I needed then to check first and see which outlet was not working. They responded it would be $217.00 extra just to check the problem. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with their communication. They said they have to charge me a trip fee of $49.00 and that they were sorry for the miscommunication of the office as there was a new person answering the calls. I definitely would never used or recommend this company.”
