“Gueldner Electric once again did their outstanding job in replacing all smoke detectors in my home. It all started on a Saturday afternoon, when one of the fire detectors on a high ceiling started beeping. I was planning a trip to Austin, & wouldn’t return to San Antonio until Tuesday, and since my ‘quick fix’ of taking the battery out & trying to replace it didn’t solve the problem, I called Gueldner Electric to get advise on safety & if intervention could wait till Tuesday morning. Mr. Gueldner got on the phone and gave me sound advise, & scheduled a visit by one of his master electricians for early Tuesday morning. At the appointed time, Ruben, their senior Master Electrician came to my home, assessed the problem & determined that the fire alarm detectors needed to be replaced. Being that their work is thorough, he checked all the other 7 installed in my house, which they had replaced at one point, & determined that they were all due for replacement. He also checked the 2 smoke detectors, but they were in excellent condition & had been replaced not too long ago. Date of replacement was marked on the equipment. Ruben went and purchased the necessary equipment & came to my home to install the newly purchased & upgraded fire detection equipment. He was thorough & efficient, & all problems were fixed right there & then. I can’t stress enough the quality of their master electricians, specially Ruben, who have many years of experience in the field, the stress free feeling that I, as a homeowner have, knowing that all the electrical et al needs of my house will be dealt by Gueldner Electric quickly and efficiently & the great management by Mr. Gueldner in being ‘a hands on’ owner, who always takes good care of his customers. Kudos to Ruben, the master electrician who solved my problem, & the entire organization, manned by courteous & helpful individuals & of course to Mr. Gueldner, whose customer service is at the top of the line.
