“**Update as of 30 Jun 2026** My new A/C system malfunctioned Saturday 28 June, I explained what we experienced and how frustrated we were with the brand new system we invested over $30K in. They were able to secure an appointment for the following Friday, but I wasn’t having it, they placed my service call as an urgent request and the next day a technician freed up and diagnosed my system. Mr. Alejandro Gutierrez was extremely professional and kept me informed as he progressed through the troubleshooting process all the way up to and what he and his tech support believed to be the culprit, Mr. Gutierrez closed out with informing me of the rest of the process, ordering the part, and how dispatch would contact me for the following Saturday-up repair appointment. Again Jon Wayne’s team is second to none!”

“Our water softener went out. Immediately I called Jon Wayne service company since they've taken care of our ac unit, mini splits, electrical and plumbing. Troy came out listened to our issue with existing softener and he also noticed other issues that could have caused my softener and washer valve to go out and recently flooded our laundry room. He wrote up his options that best suited our home and we couldn't say no. Roger came out and installed our new softener and made upgrades that were needed I must say he was very professional and answered all of our questions and was very thorough with his work, very knowledgeable and professional. “Oh my goodness, I could not be happier than I am now. Anthony and his crew were outstanding in their job today. Totally tore out all the old duct work and replaced new throughout. We had so many leaks in the attic, this is where our $ were going to. The men (4) were very courteous, polite and informative about what they were doing. There were modifications made, larger vents for air and they cleaned up everything. After being here all day I know they were exhausted. Jon Wayne has wonderful men working for them.
