“A+ Mr. Electric is a great locally owned franchise company. They answered my call and sent a service technician the same day to inspect my appliance receptacle and power box. Jordan Rodriguez was polite and professional. He wore boot covers upon entry into my home. Although there was no electrical problems directly at the source, Jordan replaced my appliance receptacle at a reasonable price. He also checked my power box and quoted me on options for future replacement and troubleshooting service. I will definitely be contacting this company again and requesting Jordan as a service technician in the near future. Thanks again 😁👍”

“I took a few days after the work was done to think about it because I wanted to give a thoughtful review. I realize that electricians inherit significant liability when they do a job and of course they must do it correctly. Omar and his assistant spent about 8 1/2 hours working jn the sun on a warm day and they did a great job. Omar was very friendly and explained the procedure in great detail. I was supplied with before and after pictures of the work. I appreciate Omar's and Mr Electric"s professionalism and I will certainly be calling Mr Electric when I do my circuit breaker panel in the near future.”

“Jordan was awesome! He had a clean appearance, wore his shoe covers, and was capable & knowledgeable. He isolated the problem quickly which was our whole home surge protector (installed by Mr Electric 6yrs ago) had sacrificed itself protecting our home during this last bad storm. This had protected both our indoor & outdoor panels from any damage which could've been very costly. We had him install a new whole home surge protector that has line conditioning. He did a complimentary home safety check up that found no other electrical issues. Overall he was very pleasant to work with & we would recommend Jordan & Mr Electric to anyone without hesitation.”
