“This is the only place to take electric motors and armature. They are very friendly and informative. They don't mess around.”

“Super disappointed in this guy. I had 2 motors I needed repaired. He said it would be a week or two before he could give me a quote because he was so busy. So I gave him about 2 months and called again. He apologized and said he would do it that week. Fast forward over a month. I call again. He said he would give me a quote but he needed 30 minutes to get back to the shop and he would call then. 5 hours later I call him and he says he can't fix them but he can send them to someone that can. Not sure why he didn't call to tell me that like he said he would. At that point I had had enough of having my chain yanked so I go pick up the motors. Instead of 2 assembled motors in a box he hands me a plastic bucket full of parts. I have now wasted 3 months and instead of 2 fully assembled motors I have a bucket of miscellaneous parts. So frustrating. Needless to say, I wouldn't bring anything here that is mission critical.”
