“Excellent service. Arrived on time. Completed the two tasks requested: ceiling fan installation and voltage check. Great customer service from the supervisor who scheduled the appointment [Daniel] and the technicians [Brandon & Kevin]. I was informed, when the appointment was scheduled, of the hourly rate, and the approximate time frame for completion of the tasks - 1.5 hours. It took the technicians only 45 minutes to complete the tasks. Initially, I was still charged for the full 90 minutes. I subsequently spoke with the supervisor [Daniel] and requested that I only be charged for 1 hour. He immediately agreed and refunded the charge for one-half hour.”
