“I contacted Turney since they provided the lighting for our house four years ago. A ceiling fan stopped working and I needed a replacement and to my surprise and thanks to the representatives I discovered the ceiling fan had a limited lifetime warranty. Brenda was extremely helpful and kind and once Turney verified the fan was covered I was able to bring the original ceiling fan in and exchange it for a new replacement. Thank you so much to Brenda and all the staff who helped out. Highly recommend.”

“I walked into this store and was there for about 15 mins (I walked around and talked to my son about which lights fixtures he thought worked best for different rooms) looking around with my son and No One said hello, e will be tight with you, how can I help you! No one even made eye contact and theirs were 3 (2 females& 1 male) employees present. They saw me and looked back to whatever they were previously doing... One (female) was assisting a family. Another (male) was sitting at a desk when I walked in - I turned the corner and another young lady was sitting at a desk. No one greeted me, they acted as if I was not present - I am building a home and wanted to purchase lighting however after this experience I will never purchase from this company!!!”
