“Inside unit freezing up. 9 months old install new house. First, they require $150 just to place a service request. You will get it back if under warranty. Then they didn't call or show for the apt. When they showed up the next day. They blamed on a dirty filter which we replace every 2 weeks. I pointed out where it was sucking air where it shouldn't be. They taped a screw hole and said its fixed. Use different filters and left. Froze up again that evening. I checked and they didn't fix where it was sucking air. I went to Lowes and bought ac foil sheet metal tap for ac ducts. Taped up myself and now fixed.”
