“First off - Andrew and Fabian are THE most knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring people we’ve worked with in the RV industry. I don’t say this lightly - Their understanding of the intricacies of solar, battery systems, wiring, power management, and true off-grid living is incredibly impressive. You can tell immediately that they truly know their craft, take pride in their work, and stand behind what they build. After dealing with nonstop issues from a dealership-installed 12V setup in our 38ft Brinkley G3250, we realized pretty quickly that dealerships are NOT off-grid solar experts. Never again will we make that mistake… The Sundown Solar team came in with a totally different level of expertise. They immediately were able to diagnose our issues in the first consultation. Andrew recommended converting us to a full 48V system, which drastically improved efficiency, reduced heat and resistance, and gave us the reliable power setup we were looking for from the beginning. We decided 48v was the way to go, since we run a lot of high-draw appliances and wanted a system that could actually handle real off-grid living comfortably.
