“Zack was my technician, and he was very efficient. He worked on installing my third camera pretty quickly and repositioned another one that I wanted to be moved. He is a great listener, and he attended to all of my questions and concerns. He made sure that my cameras would capture all the areas that I Wanted, efficiently. He also checked my alarm system Before he left, and made sure everything was working fine. I was very pleased with his Service! The only thing I was not very happy about was that when I was told, by Spectrum, that my Service would be a total of $375, they didn’t tell me that, that was before Taxes; so I paid About $400 total for everything. Thank You!”
