He was super concise and clear about what our options were and very fast to send an estimate. I never felt like I was being upsold or that he took too much of our time. Communicating options after the fact was also very quick. We were able to schedule an install the following week. The install team held an equally high bar, they were fast, timely and very nice to work with. The install took 3 days and every morning I would get a tracking link to see when they would arrive that included a photo of the main service person and some facts about them which was a really nice touch.
