“Update 2026: We recently had low pressure in water softener & these were the guys I first remembered & called. So they made a visit & told would charge me $199(which wasnt the case last year). I was also looking to upgrade my water heater & some electrical upgrade. The quote they sent me was unreasonable from any standards(upgrade is good to have & not need to have). A friend who visited showed us how to bypass the water softener & install a descalar which will not let hard water lump(which is biggest issue) That was $200 solution to thousands of dollars quoted. Anyways, its been three months & I was sent invoice for their visit & I duly paid. But I wont give them anymore business(penny wise, pound foolish I think). I am still looking for a company that can do good job, take honest money & I can depend on. ===== It all started with our dishwasher which stopped working because of low water pressure. My wife looked up for few plumbers & gave call to United to get estimate. The technician who came diagnosed it to valve issue & replaced it at very reasonable price. Then they noted some leaks in our sewer & water pipes during crawl space visit. My wife decided to get a quote for upgrading sewer pipes. Sean came in & provided quote to fix water pipes as well as remove cast iron sewer pipes and replace with plastic ones. Fast forward, united matched another quote I had and I signed up. They started the work very next day. Rinat Shai came with his crew & boy, what a hard worker he is. For the two days he spent under my crawl space, he spent very less time wasting, including lunch break. He went above & beyond to get all the work get finished within promised two days. Infact he worked on both independence day & next day, which most of us spend drinking or traveling. I am very very happy with his work attitude. I would highly recommend United to anyone considering repairs or upgrades. I look forward to have mutually rewarding business relationship with this company.”
