Allied Contractors, Llc
Electrician · Schulenburg, TX
About
Allied Contractors, LLC works out of Schulenburg, Texas as electricians who handle residential calls along with commercial and industrial electrical projects. They install high volume low speed fans, set up variable frequency drives and controls, perform preventive maintenance rounds, run thermal imaging scans to catch hot spots, and service docking equipment for local businesses. Homeowners in the area turn to them when they need reliable power upgrades or fixes that go beyond basic outlet swaps. The company keeps crews ready for both quick service visits and longer jobs that require careful planning around existing structures and daily routines in Texas weather.
They handle installs like an 80 amp sub panel run to the far side of a house to feed a welding machine and air compressor, with the work coming out clean and working without issues from the start. On kitchen remodels they manage the full wiring but sometimes fall short on labeling the breaker box properly for the homeowner. Crews including Gary and Raymond show up, stay organized on site, answer questions without rushing, and finish by clearing away debris so the space looks untouched. Service calls move fast when a panel or circuit needs attention, and the electricians keep things neat while they work through the job.
Homeowners note that the crews act professional and courteous from arrival to cleanup, with solid communication that keeps everyone on the same page during the work. Jobs finish on time with strong results and fair costs that match the effort put in, even if one detail like breaker labeling slips through now and then. Speed and quality hold steady across calls, which builds repeat business in Schulenburg. DIRT Score 5 from 53 reviews on Finds.

“The two electricians that came to our home, Gary and Raymond, did an excellent job! They were knowledgeable, professional, very considerate of staying neat and organized with everything they did. They were very personable and patient answering all questions we had. It was a very pleasant and comfortable service call. Everyone from Allied we met with were down-to-earth nice and hard working people. They were efficient, friendly, super professional and just nice. I would recommend anyone needing an electrician, especially in Schulenburg, Texas, and surrounding areas to use Allied Contractors. Their work was exemplary and the cost was extremely reasonable! We will definitely tell everyone we know to use them and we will continue to be customers whenever we need an electrician.”
“I remodeled our kitchen last year and had these guys as the electrician. Very nice throughout the process. However, the breaker box was not labeled as a professional should do. I was handed a piece of cardboard with the legend but when one of the breakers flipped, we discovered the legend was wrong. We have continued to have breakers flip and after talking to Raymond a couple days ago, he blames it on our pressure washer. Even though our dryer also flipped a breaker and these two things are not related. Before they worked on the electric, we have never had problems with breakers flipping, for over 20 years. Because I refused to pay the $150 for the problem as I felt like that was their responsibility to fix since it worked fine previously, he kept referring to our delinquent bill. The initial price estimate increased quite a bit by the end. In his defense I made 3 changes but I still felt it was way overcharged. My best advice is to get a new quote on paper every time a change is made so you aren’t surprised when you get a final bill. If it isn’t done right, expect it to be your fault. I couldn’t even get him to come out and see what the problem might be. I called him and tried to talk to him but do not understand electrical, hence the need for an electrician, so I asked him to call my husband who has worked in construction all his life. He talked to my husband and argued so much, my husband just told him we would get a real electrician. Problem still not resolved.”
“I heard about Allied Contractors from a trusted family friend and made the call. I needed an 80amp sub panel installed on the opposite side of the house to supply power for my welding machine and air compressor. The sub panel installation looks great and functions flawlessly. Their service was quick, affordable, and friendly. Go ahead and make the call. You will not be disappointed.”
