“Not the best experience, unfortunately. I have a 2-yr old home. Had them come out to do an exterior job. The first person that showed up wrote the estimate which I agreed to and paid $1,200) then left "to go get parts". After 3 hrs oh him being gone I called Mr. Sparky to ask if he was coming back. I learned that he was just an estimator and that someone else would be coming to work on my project. That was never communicated to me. That person eventually showed up and did work on my home however they left three drill holes in the exterior stucco of my house. (Pic) I even had a conversation with the technician while he was still at my house and he said that he would be going to Home Depot to pick up a kit to come back and fix it. He never came back to do the repair that he created. I called”

“Started out super good then turned bad. Left work undone and no cover on my new electrical panel. Circuits show on but not working. Lots of missing plugs and plug covers. Several calls to speak with supervisor, over the last 4 days, promised to escalate and get these problems fixed but no calls back. Tech came back to put cover on panel and I'm posting photo of what he did as well as a photo of a switch plate cover that I hope is not indicative of their work. Do not use these people. This was a $38k job and they won't come back to finish and make it right. I also had a tech out to give me a quote for a mini split and Tesla charger installation but haven't got the quote yet. This is crazy.”

Chase communicated the issue very clearly, gave us different solutions, preformed the work quickly, and was tidy and mindful of our operations. We enjoyed having him here despite the electrical issues that caused him to have to be here in the first place :)”

“Nice person, (Jerry Routon) failed to inform any damage done by tech (Mario Obispo) is home owners to fix. Way over priced for work and damage done. Sent inexperienced tech. Mr Sparky says on time service, appraiser arrived 1 hour after 2 hour window. Did not inform what or how work was to be done. Worst was when Mario left in a hurry he left back gate and service panel both open, so little dog could eacape. Never again! Posted 4 Nov Update. Contacted by Sparkey (REVIEWS HURT) willing to make good on issues. Reduced cost and apologized for apprentice working without supervision, Hopefully they have corrected their problems. Maybe I will try again, with hightened supervision, and detailed how and why.”

The person who came to give me an estimate actually did way more than any other electrician did to make sure that everything was going to work and that he had the right info. The technician that came out to actually do the job was excellent. Did a great job. And was really fast. I had received a couple of lower price estimates from others but I had really little faith in them. This company did an excellent job I'd highly recommend them to anyone”

“I was very happy with my technician Freeland as he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My smoke detector was chirping and needed immediate attention. It was located on a very high vaulted ceiling. After completing a thorough inspection he had it fixed in no time much to the relief of myself and my neighbors! The price was reasonable with no hidden costs or high pressure sales. Freeland went over all warranties and things that could be added to my home in the future if I chose to do so. I would highly recommend this company and Freeland.”
