“I spoke to a gentleman over the phone last Thursday about completing some electrical work for a new hot tub that was being delivered today. He told me he would be out Monday morning around 11, 1130, or 12. Nobody showed up and nobody called. Before I called another company, I texted them several times, called and left messages. I ended up having to call another company and have them come out and take a look At the project. I’ve hired this company to do work in the past and have always been very happy with them. I don’t know what happened this time, but won’t be calling them again due to their unreliability. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician, I would go with a different company.”
