Their vans cover the local routes to keep power running steady for houses and small buildings that need attention after weather hits or during routine upgrades.

They handle service calls for electrical repairs and installs around Seguin, sending technicians to address outages, panel work, and circuit additions in residential spots. Todd Miller noted the technicians come across as professional and easy to work with, with strong customer service that stands out during jobs. At the same time, one account described a work van pulling aggressive moves near an apartment complex, including speeding in a pedestrian zone and sudden lane changes that nearly caused issues. This shows how the crew gets to sites but also points to variable experiences on the road between calls. Common tasks include sorting power problems in older homes and setting up new wiring where families add rooms or appliances.

Customers mention solid communication and professional techs in the better cases, along with reliable service that keeps things moving without delays on straightforward fixes. Speed and quality come through when the crew stays focused, though price feedback varies and some incidents like rough driving pull the overall marks down. The mix of reviews reflects real results on jobs mixed with occasional operational notes. DIRT Score 3.47 from 10 reviews on Finds.

“Pulled in front of a work van when two lanes merged into one, unbelievably the van instantly whipped into a middle turn lane only narrowly avoiding demolishing a apartment complex maintenance golf cart and did double the speed limit in a 30 mph pedestrian area before whipping back over to make sure he cut me off. Rage full and reckless is in your nature, I would avoid doing any business company that is representing themselves this way in public. Luckily nothing happened but he could of ruined his and someone else’s life if timing had played out slightly differently.”

“They are so great to work with. Wouldn't use anyone else. Customer service is outstanding. The technicians they send are professional and super easy to work with. Highly recommend”
