“Suffered a whole house outage/brown out. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Problem was established to be in line from transformer to house. Tech called Altec to do repairs. Time tech was on job appx. 30-45 minutes. Charged for 3 hrs tech time and 3 hrs truck time. Office said this is minimum charge. Never was explained before job was awarded. Pretty shady way to conduct business.”
