“I had to have an estimate by Monday morning. They had no problem coming out on a Saturday. Told me I would get it Sat night. I call on Monday and Tasha was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said " that's my bad" and "we were doing you a favor"! It's not a favor when you don't get something you need!!!! I had to do one star as it won't let me do none!!”

“I can't say enough good things about them. David and Tasha really are First Class. We had to put new service in and they made it very easy with no drama or issues. If you need an electrician, do yourself a favor and use First Class!”

“I wish I could go with negative stars. We worked with a journeyman who was signed by the master electrician and we are completely unsatisfied. We had to pay extra to get the permit. Despite the fact that he has a tool to make holes in the wall for a rewire it looks like he took a hammer to the walls. We were left with over 30 holes in our home and when we were hit with more money and refused because we paid what the contract stated we were left with the job unfinished. Now we have electricity but none of the plugs work. When the journeyman was confronted he said that it was done on purpose to teach us a lesson on how expensive rewiring a home is. If this electrician can back such a con of a journeyman then I seriously doubt his ethics.”
