“Friendly workers, but not overly competant. Owners seems not overly concerned about client, and not particulary honest. Installed new ac 7/2015. 7/2017 it stops cooling good. Serviceman say compressor is bad. Lackey says $600 to replace even though it is under warranty. 4 HOT days later serviceman arrives to replace it. AC is working fine because a man from Blain AC came and added coolant. Compressor is fine. L&L serviceman says replacing is a 3hr job, he makes $14/hr. Lackey says $600 was for labor. 600 is quite a bit more than 42. Taxes i guess.”
