Their workers are knowledgeable, experienced, and honest in their evaluations and recommendations, not to mention extremely polite, and respectful of our property. I appreciate how they give me budget friendly options, when available, and don't try to talk me into spending more money on services and repairs that aren't necessary. Now that they offer electrical work, I recently had them install extensive indoor and outdoor lighting to our newly purchased older home. Their crew did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!”

“It's hot outside so we are very happy that Seaton Heat N' Air could get to us so quick knowing they would be busy. Alejandro had a cancellation so he called to see if he could come early which worked great for us. Alejandro took the time to listen to us explain what our 20 year old unit was doing (or not doing in this case) and ran his diagnostic then gave us our options. Charged up the unit and we were back in business. We know we won't get another 20 years out of this but we can spend a few bucks with Seaton and keep them going for now. When major parts start failing, we will get Seaton to replace the whole unit.”
