When I contacted their company for service, they were incredibly responsive and easy to schedule with for a tech to do an estimate of work. Tech Johnny provided estimate for new fan install in kitchen and replace a ceiling fan in family room, replace several outdoor outlets with new weather covers, update several breakers with higher quality and updated breakers and replace house grounding components. Johnny was very informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was able to quickly and easily secure a repair appointment. Carlos and Brody were on time as scheduled and able to complete all of this work in less than 2 plus hours. I watched a good bit of their work and they were both remarkable with their trade skills. Both answered all questions I had. Their cost for the quality parts they use and for their skilled trade is very good. The biggest expense of my total was for the new breakers and the new main grounding system. My home is 20 yrs old and having contractor grade material replaced was necessary and needed.
