“Just wanted to inform - My driver was forced to move out of the site mid-loading due to lack of space. When he told the loader the load needs to be strapped and secured, the loader was in a hurry to move the trailer and told my guy to go ahead and it will be fine as he used his bulldozer to pushed it out. The trailer tripped over and the matts fell out and not only hit the side of the tool box and damaged it, but also made a big hole on our trailer with his backhoe while loading. They are all blaming on my driver for this accident and not being responsible for what they did. So your safety policy is to tell the drivers to move the trailer without securing it, but when incidents happen it is our safety issue? My driver insisted strapping down, but the loader forced him to move in a hurry. As a big company with many employees, you should be respectful to small business and carriers that move your products. The supervisor's name is Chuck and we had a contact name Josh that works at Jacinto City, TX . Though the incident happened we still hauled the matts for you, but it cost us to repair the damage than what we have made on this load. I am sure you would disregard this message; however, you should educate your employees to be responsible.”

“Driver with tag number 0638-559 USDOT 1111430 or 111143D , I can’t read it properly since the picture I took is blurry. He almost ran me off the road traveling on Highway 81 headed south . The vehicle in front of him is driving slow he swirled in my lane and almost hit me in Rush Spring Oklahoma area. He then turned off on Duncan bypass. This kind of driving is unacceptable and should be hold accountable putting the traveling public in danger.”
