“Rick and his team are great. We have a home with a whole house Generac they installed. That's been flawless for several years now. I also have an office with about 28 people. Anytime I've got an urgent issue, they come running quickly to help. There's no "We'll be there tomorrow or in a couple days". It's always just a few hours. This week we lost part of our 3 phase power at the office. We run an IT helpdesk supporting more than 2000 users in Houston so power is critical. Fortunately, we can send our staff home to work. Aspire had the issue diagnosed, part sourced and repaired by the end of the day. When we moved into this office, we were told by another electrician that we'd have to spend $40K installing more power service to supply a new AC system we were putting in. Rick came out, assessed the situation and told us we didn't need to upgrade anything. We've been here with the new AC for 18 months and he was right. Saved us a $40K spend. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”

“Purchased generator from Aspire in 2020. In September 2022 electricity in half of our house went out overnight. Called another electrical company who identified the problem as a loose lug in the transfer switch that Aspire put in with generator. Electrician pushed the lug back into contact and power was restored. I contacted Aspire who came out a couple of weeks later. I told them that since the lug lost it’s contact on its own that it should be covered under warranty. Warranty is 5 years both from factory and Aspire. Either the lug came from the factory loose (defective material) or their installer had done something during installation that made the lug loose. The lug can’t be tightened. So in my mind it could lose contact again. Aspire said that since the other company had opened the transfer switch box that it would probably invalidate the warranty. They said they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me last October. I have followed up with them since then a number of times but have received no determination or feedback. I believe they just think I will eventually go away. When they put the generator in I thought they did a good job but their customer service and honoring their warranty since then has been horrible in our situation. Had I known they would treat me like this I would have purchased from a different dealer.”
