“Awful awful awful customer service! Almost non existent, but they want somebody there just to lead people on and get them off their backs in hopes that they give up. Word of advice, avoid this company like the plague! Products are poor quality, 1 of them started a VERY high pitch whine and is grinding only after 5 days of use. I purchased them directly from the joke of a company's website. Upon checking into their "guarantee" with customer service, it took about 2 weeks for somebody to respond. They responded with a very generic copy and paste tutorial to deal with technical issues. I tried all the tutorial said, still broken so I let them know and even sent them a video of the issue. Customer service is STILL avoiding me and will not accept accountability. I'm assuming because they know it's a bad unit and they don't like to replace them, as I've read online. I will now file an official complaint with the BBB to see if they can step in to hold the terrible company accountable for their poor quality products and services.”

“Buyer Beware!! I purchased these when they had a sale to buy 3 get 2 free along with the warranty...I purchased these in March...By April one of the devices started making this weird sound and was very loud sounding like a lawn mower. I reached out to them immediately & they told me to send a video to confirm this which I did...They asked me did I turn it off and wait a few minutes to turn back on & they asked did I wipe the item down incase any extra debris was in it & did I change the charger box and plug...I said yes to all this and I told them I'm using the wire they provided because that was a question as well.. Two days later...I get an email saying that it will cost $15 to send me another device. I emailed back asking why and what's the purpose of a warranty if thats not covered? I was told that the money does not go to them & its to protect the package...Again whats the purpose of a warranty? They literally kept sending me several to ask about the $15 so they can ship me out another one. I finally sent another email & told them that I have had issues with items & I never had to pay for shipping if its on there end or even mines as a courtesy especially if I have a warranty...Once again they went on this rant saying its to protect the item in transit but when I asked "Whats the purpose of a warranty" I never received a reply... Since then, 2 more have started making the same weird sound like the 1st one. It hasn't even been 6 months and now 3 are broken... I'm starting to believe this is a major scam because nothing should break this fast..And after reading several posts about this..I see I'm not the only person that has had issues with this company... Worst customer service ever and I will definitely won't be purchasing from them any more..I'm thinking of reporting them to the BBB because how they run this "Company" is completely fraudulent & all they want is your money and they definitely don't want to give you any help...Doesn't deserve the one star but had to put it for the review...”

“I bought three of these devices. Almost a month in one of them mysteriously started making this really loud humming noise. I emailed the company and they sent me another one, but I had to pay the shipping to get the new replacement. Open the box plugged it in it’s completely silent like it doesn’t work at all. I emailed them let them know straight out the box it was defective didn’t work at all. Someone emailed me said that someone would get back to me in 12 hours. It’s been 24 hours and still haven’t heard from anyone. In the meanwhile, the other two mysteriously started making this extremely loud humming noise so I emailed them again and called and left a message. Haven’t heard from anyone yet. We’ll see how this goes. I don’t have a good feeling about this company at all. I now want a complete refund and I’m gonna go find a product that does work.”

“l ordered this product and it never came. l wrote them and they can't figure out how to find them either problably lost in the mail. l asked to have them sent again and l am waiting. Original order was Nov 30,2025. They still have not gotten back with me. l would like the product since l paid for it but l would receive a refund and l will buy it from someone else.”

“I bought 2 of these & 1 quit working after about 9 months- made loud noises & was red on top. I tossed it & the 2nd one still worked although saw no reduction in dust in immediate area of device. Now that one has stopped working- sent email & left voice mail- no response. Do not recommend this product”
