“Absolutely ridiculous pricing and a complete waste of time. I scheduled Leaf Electrical Co. to install ONE simple outlet. Before booking, I asked multiple times for at least a rough estimate, and they refused to give any pricing information over the phone. Then they show up, charge the mandatory $69 service fee just for coming out, and quote me $1000 for a single outlet installation. Completely insane. It honestly feels like their business model is built around getting customers locked into the service fee first so they can hit you with outrageous prices once they arrive. If you decide not to go forward, you still lose money. Very misleading and unprofessional experience. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.”
