“Communication was great when I first hired them. Into the first year not so much. Messages not returned, alerts on my generator not responded to, had to ask for next invoice cycle for maintenance several times. My generator had problems just after the first year and I could not get anyone to call me back. I finally called Generac directly to troubleshoot to no results. Eventually after I yelled enough Gallegos finally came out only to discover the gas regulator was originally installed too far away from the generator. That cost ME $800 to let them fix it. I do not recommend Gallegos and I would not hire them again. Update to their response on my $800 generator problem repair. It was Gallegos Generator that installed the gas regulator too far away and there was nothing else wrong with my generator. It was Gallegos that made the mistake not me and not Generac. No explanation as to why I had to pay for their mistake on the installation.”

“After lighting hit our house and fried all our generator and all electrical equipment, they came and secured our house and helped us go to a hotel so they could secure or house that was hooked up to propane and check all our outlets and equipment. Being a recent widow I felt safe and secure. They were very professional and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.”
