“Bernardo came out within a few hours of me calling. He listened patiently as I explained what was going on, checked the breaker box, and quickly diagnosed the issue (floating neutral). The failure turned out to be somewhere between the transformer and the meter which he wasn't allowed to touch because it's CenterPoint's equipment. CenterPoint came out and replaced the neutral line in the transformer. I highly recommend Golden Service Electric to anyone who needs a an electrician and would not hesitate to call them in the future.”
