“Pyron Electric was the subcontractor that installed the wiring in our new house. Overall we were satisfied so we had them run electricity to a couple of outbuildings. We were pleased with that work. So when we built another building we called Richard. He came made notes and gave us an estimate for that and for some lights to be replaced in our then 4 year old home that we're no longer working. They installed the electric plugs inside the building along with lights inside and out. The three outside lights were supposed to be motion lights. They installed lights that were not motion lights. Definitely not what we discussed. He sent the guys back and they swapped out the lights for motion lights. However, 2 of the 3 lights only stay lit for about 3 seconds before going off. Who would want that. By this time one of the led tunes inside had already gone out. I called Richard and asked him to replace it. With his crew installing just up the road it would have been quick and easy. Nobody ever returned. Over the past 7 or 8 months I have left voice mails requesting a return call concerning warranty work. After all he promised to take care of anything for a year.”
