In the second and thirds contracts the work entailed installing new devices to replace faulty older ones, as well as to install whole house batteries. In all cases the administrative and technical aspects of the work were done on or before the planned scheduled completion. And always within the contract amount. Both in the office and in the field I have found their people professional, flexible, courteous, friendly, ethical, knowledgeable, skilled and always willing to go the extra mile to keep the customer (me) satisfied. Follow-up work via phone or text with their technical people was timely and effective at solving my problems or answering my questions. The total for all 3 contracts was several tens of thousands of dollars, but in my opinion, worth every penny. I have learned to trust them in both their work and the financial charges. Therefore, I heartily recommend them for anyone needs a repair or new install of panels, wiring, inverters and batteries.”
