“Michael, Carlos and teams were absolutely fantastic!! We have used Swan over the years for our plumping needs, Michael Terry Has really got to know our house pretty well. This time we had a main sewer line collapse and working with Michael Terry We agreed upon a full home, sewer, waste, water pipe replacement to get our house, brand, new plumbing, and up to code. Two years ago, we also updated all our hot and cold water lines. This has been the absolute best decision and best experience, Michael, Carlos and their teams Took excellent care of everything from start to finish Always in constant contact with us and keeping us updated on the progress and work being done. I also want to make special mention to Eddy and his digging team, They worked extremely hard trenching, all the new trenches for the new piping. Eddy Also kept in constant contact, always updating on work been done and progress. Our house is 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms with kitchen and laundry so we had a lot of plumbing. “Kevin and Colin came out on time respectfully and professionally with their shoe covers on and went right to work. They allowed me to explain what was going on with my water heater and detected the problem immediately. They both were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand what was needed and what they could do. The job was done fairly quick as it wasn’t a major problem. They stayed to educate me about plumbing and water, even had a casual conversation about the Texas heat lol. “We had an issue with our sewer backing up and I had hear about Swan Plumbing from a neighbor and they were very happy with the service they had gotten from them. Since it was Sunday, I contacted Swan and thank goodness they do have an emergency service that was able to come out and in a very timely manner. Kevin Gonzales is the service tech that came. He was very professional, courteous and friendly! He kept us informed of everything he was doing to try and clear our trouble. Unfortunately it was determined that the trouble was due to a broken pipe. Kevin took care of getting everything set up for a crew to come out the following morning to replace the broken pipe. I’ve got a new plumbing company after this! Thanks again Swan Plumbing and Kevin!”

“So when I moved into my home, it’s two story, zoned with mechanical dampers. I had the master always cooling at 67 regardless what I set the thermostat to. Previous owner had installed an app based thermostat and un matched from the upstairs OEM thermostat. SWAN showed up and over two thorough sessions diagnosed that one damper was making decisions for the entire unit and a simple adjustment, 15-20 minutes work and we would be good. He was entirely correct! The house settled into itself and there were not cold spits and hot spots, just tempered spaces. I went to sign and happily pay and Robert told me l, “this was a warranty call since we did not fully get this taken care of on the previous visit”. I was and am floored. I would recommend you allow SWAN to be in your first, or only calls when you need help figuring out your HVAC and plumbing. They saved a lot of my time and energy and were just honest. That goes all the way for me.”

“I want to sincerely thank Swan Electric (Kevin) for expediting the repair of my meter base at the Bahama Buck’s in Sachse. A car accident happened that required a new city power cable and a new meter base at my store. They started first thing in the morning and worked with city of Sachse for the initial permit, worked with Oncor to finish the repair, then got the city inspector out their immediately, and finally got Oncor to turn on my power at 3pm same day. Incredible! I highly recommend any commercial location to use Swan Electric as they got it done with no delays. “STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. I had a water leak and called the swan services. They were prompt in scheduling and arriving to detect the leak. The charges to detect & fix the leak are insanely high probably 3 - 4 times the value of the work. First they say $40 dispatch and escalate it to $2300 for barely $500 worth of the job. I feel they are Totally unreasonable with their prices and not transparent or honest with the complexity of work. What they quoted as 4 hours job completed it in 1 hr but no change in the price which makes me believe that they intentionally misled me about the problem intensity and over charge me for the work. They did give me some discount of 25% to bring it down to $1730 after a lot of questioning but that is totally not worth it. Specialized equipment is a steel rod to poke for which they charged $340. I would not recommend their service at all and avoid it if possible. Instead hire a local handy man and you would get a better service and straight up honest assessment instead of people trying to make money when there is no need to. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated at this point in time. I am sure something is wrong with their google reviews whic”

“Our guest room tub was completely stopped up. I called at 8:30 am and spoke to a person, who was very cordial. There were openings that day and I scheduled an appointment that morning. They notified me when they were coming and were there promptly. Shawn and his helper were very helpful and friendly.”

He showed up cleared the clog line also removed the fried small lizard outside. Outstanding service, quality work. It helps if you sign up for the yearly service for plumbing and AC.
