Guaranteed Home Solutions, LLC

Guaranteed Home Solutions, LLC works as electricians from their base in Tempe, TX. They concentrate on electrical services for residential customers in the local area and nearby spots. Their background includes home repairs and maintenance across the Phoenix Valley, where they manage projects like wiring updates and system checks. In Tempe, they apply that same approach to keep electrical systems in good shape despite the intense heat that can affect wiring and outlets over time. Homeowners count on them for straightforward electrical fixes that prevent bigger problems down the road. The company handles calls for everything from tripped breakers to full circuit upgrades in houses that face regular strain from air conditioning units running nonstop through long summers.

Electricians like these handle common local jobs such as running new lines for added outlets in older homes, replacing worn panels that fail during peak heat, and wiring in water heaters or other major appliances that see heavy use. They show up with the tools to trace faults in attics or crawl spaces where dust and temperature swings create issues, then test everything before leaving so the power stays steady. In Tempe the work often involves quick responses to storm damage on overhead lines or indoor shorts caused by overloaded circuits from multiple window units. Crews focus on safe, code compliant fixes that match the demands of single family houses and small properties spread across the flat terrain and suburban neighborhoods.

Customers consistently note fast arrivals when power goes out, clean and lasting repairs on panels or outlets, reasonable charges that stay within quoted amounts, and direct talk about what needs doing without extra steps. That mix of speed, quality work, fair pricing, and clear updates adds up to steady repeat calls from the same homeowners. DIRT Score 4.45 from 136 reviews on Finds.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Kaiden with Guaranteed Home Solutions. He has completed several repairs in my apartment and consistently goes above and beyond. While there have been times when apartment management did not have everything in place for him to get started, Kaiden has always remained professional, patient, and solution-focused. He has repaired and replaced my cracked bathroom sink, helped resolve issues with my garage key after I had already reported them to management, and completed multiple maintenance projects in my home. Throughout every job, he communicates clearly and keeps me informed, never leaving me out of the loop. What stands out most is his positive attitude, willingness to listen to concerns, and genuine commitment to helping residents. He is friendly, dependable, kn”

“The gentleman who came to do the repairs on the doors and lights were very polite and professional. They got right to work and finished everything in a timely manner. However the gentleman you sent to do the lawn maintenance basically destroyed my yard. They took everything down to ground level including the areas where I had put in topsoil and had planted seeds. It was very disheartening to come home and see all my efforts basically scraped up with a shovel and thrown in the trash.”

“All work done was thorough and professional. Communication of the process and clear answers to questions were great!”

“Logan is great! He is super handy and always gets the job done. His work is always neat clean and completed better than expected. He pays attention to detail and is a true jack of all trades. He has fixed a plumbing leak in our kitchen, installed appliances, fixed a leaky toilet and so much more.”

“The tech Logan was amazing in all categories. Our house had a lot of issues from simple caulking to repainting up a damaged door that was not on the hinges correctly and not locking windows and doors. Fixing water pressure and several electrical issues and several other miscellaneous jobs. after going through the house and giving him the complete list and location of issues was working for around 6 hours straight. Finished everything and was answering questions from adults and children. Had great customer service skills and was knowledgeable in many subjects. Was a pleasure to have him and would recommend them.”
