“Update: Brandon called me and apologized for the miscommunication. He was quick to reverse charges to the basic diagnostic fee only and was very professional. If I were to do it over, I would simply ask more questions and maintain better communication to make sure things are done right and we both have a clear understanding of what we hope to accomplish. I will use his services in the future! Last post: I advise others to look elsewhere. I took a laptop for them to see if it was upgradeable and see if there was any running issues with it (viruses or defragment, etc). There was a sign for $45 diagnosis so I said yes and left the laptop with them. I get a call later and there is no way to upgrade and my bill was over $200! Why might you ask? Because he ASSUMED that I wanted the laptop cleaned of viruses and charged $180 for cleaning them. Except the problem is there was no viruses. But I was being charged non the less. He said he would "work with me on the price" and it still cost me $130 and I have a laptop with nothing more than a defragment and a virus scan. This place needs to be upfront on prices and honest with what they find. I was hoping to help local business but I'll never be back.”

“Took my daughters tablet to be fixed and called after a week to find out hadn't even looked at it yet. called a few days later and they weren't sure which tablet it was but then told me they had to order a part this went on for 2 more weeks till I went and picked it up exactly a month after I dropped it off still not fixed. Took it to temple and had it back fixed that afternoon. It is a common samsung tablet and parts can be overnighted for anything nowadays. In years of doing business have never dealt with a slower more unprofessional place. If you don't mind you item being outdated by the time you get it back n like excuses this is the place for you.”

I took my computer in for repair, and was told they're very busy so it would be a "few days" before they could work on it. 4 days later, I was told it would be the next day. 8 days later, it would be that afternoon. 10 days later they still hadn't touched it. Today is day 13 and I just took it back. They never touched it.”
