“We just had a crew of 3 men come and replace 4 chandeliers. They were such gentlemen and wonderful contractors to work with. They helped me decide on heights and didn’t complain when I messed up and made them rehang one because it was too tall. They capped a hole in our ceiling since my next contractor for ceiling repair isn’t booked yet. I highly recommend them and can’t wait to use them again when we renovate next.”

“We were referred Conroe Empire Electric to replace our ancient, worn-out Generac 14kw backup home generator with a new 22kw Generac. We had always used ARK Generator Services in the past. Communication was a bit difficult with Conroe Empire at times as they updated the wiring, electrical boxes, and generator. They did clean up the job site and came back after the plumbing and gas meter upgrade to make sure the generator started up properly, configure it, and show us its operation. When our power did go out the first time, the generator started, but it did not supply power to our house. I called ARK Generator Services who showed up in less than an hour. It turns out that Conroe Empire Electric installed a switch we didn't need, left it off, and didn't connect the wires to the transfer switch. Guess who I will be using in the future.”
