“I had a Cummins RS20AE generator installed a couple of years ago by this company. So far the unit has performed quite well. I've experienced multiple outages and the generator kicked in relatively seamlessly. And because the product has performed as intended and pricing was better than the competition. I give this review two stars. However, if its one thing I despise about any service company is bad customer service. E-Power Group's customer service has been substandard at multiple levels! Initially they had a tough time keeping their scheduled installation date. This chaps my hide because I have to take time out of my work schedule to accommodate them. Costing me additional money and inconvenience. Due to their lack of promptness they agreed to throw in service maintenance with my installation. I've yet to see them back for a checkup. I've attempted to schedule the promised maintenance visit with no avail. Their techs reach out every now in an attempt to make a sale but never show. I also opted to have the Wireless Internet Management installed but it only worked for a couple of days before crapping out. If its one thing I try to do in my reviews is be transparent and honest as possible. With that said I am providing my personal detailed quote so you get a full view of your potential purchase. “We had our Cummins generator installed a few weeks ago. Everything went great--scheduling, promptness of service, and Santiago and his crew were all wonderful. However, the person in charge incorrectly marked the location of the trenches. The trenches were supposed to go through the backyard, not the front. The crew had to backfill the trenches that they had already dug. Now, we are left with damaged front lawn. Very frustrating and not at all pleased with the way our lawn looks. We would have given five stars otherwise.”
