“Texas Generators installed our whole home generator in November 2024, and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with both the product and the service provided by the company. The entire process was smooth and relatively stress-free, from obtaining an estimate and formal quote to scheduling and installation, as well as their proactive service and support. Since the installation, our generator has consistently provided seamless backup power during numerous outages. Most outages last between 10 to 15 minutes, but there have been instances where power was out for hours, including during the derecho event and Hurricane Beryl, which caused several days of outages. In each case, the generator delivered uninterrupted power to our home without any disruptions. I initially contacted seven local generator installation companies to find a fair price and reliable service, including potential warranty support. Of those, two companies were unable to provide estimates due to high demand. I received five quotes and narrowed my choices to two companies that were nearly equal in price. Ultimately, I chose Texas Generators because I felt the most confident in their representatives and their genuine interest in securing my business. “The 2021 Texas Freeze traumatized us like many others and I promised myself I would never ever let my kids freeze again like we did those days. My husband is a first responder and I was alone those days trying all I could to keep my babies warm and hold down the fort. A generator was a must after that trauma. Their pricing was the best we found locally, and from start to finish, it was only 6-7 weeks when other companies had wait lists as long as 9 months to a year!
