A special shout-out to Amy, who handled my booking call—she was incredibly nice, patient, and made the scheduling process completely hassle-free. “We bought an old house and have slowly been remodeling. Unfortunately, the way our electric is routed, it couldn't handle modern appliances. Not only that, we had some plugs burn up because our kitchen was hooked up to the back bedrooms and it was drawing too much current. 😑 Crazy, I know!! It was a scary situation. “Omar and Raymond installed a 24kW Generac for me on May 27th 2026. The entire crew from scheduling, installation and equipment walkthrough was very professional and courteous. They worked hard and provided an amazing service. I highly recommend the individuals who helped and the company as well.”

“Wired installed my Generac generator. I did extensive research on Generac and Kohler generators. I decided to go with the generac, because of cost and availability of spare parts. But, I don’t think you can go wrong with either a Kohler or a Generac. I had three different reputable companies give me estimates all in the same week. All of the quotes were pretty comparable to each other, a $500-1200 difference from the lowest to the highest. Wired was not the least expensive quote. But they did guarantee me, that once I agreed they could install the generator the same week. As they are in the off-season for generator installs, and already had multiple projects in my area. While the other companies were estimating about 6 to 8 weeks for installation. Wired installed my Generac. In 8 days from beginning to end. Rodney was my sales person, he came to my home. Did his measurements and stuff. Sat at my dining room table and emailed me the quote right then along with financing options. He answered all my questions, and was very responsive to my text messages with my additional questions. JJ and his crew were the installers, they arrived early Thursday morning. The insulation took about eight hours. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Then I had Centerpoint energy come out the next day to upgrade my gas meter for an additional $350 I had to pay that directly to centerpoint. (Wired did let me know in advance with a phone call and an email before installation date.) So I was able to make the appointment with centerpoint for the day after installation in advance. Someone from Wired came on Monday morning to connect the gas line to the generator. Install complete! I’ve already loss power twice, once for about 10 minutes, and once for 4 hours. The generator kicked right in perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend.”

“Highly recommend Wired Electrical. The Electrician Drew was an awesome Craftsman. He was thorough, courteous, stayed on task! Two of his repairs involved working in wet and muddy environment. Installed a new pole light and repaired bad wiring connection to my solar well pump. He then changed out the Living Room ceiling fan. Rewired and hung the new fan and wall switch. He walked me through on how to use the remote control. On the new inside and outside installations he upgraded the anchoring screws to ensure new light fixtures were secure from falling. Do recommend them. There charge for all of there work was extremely reasonable!”
