About

Home Services at The Home Depot runs electrician work out of Tucson, TX. They send crews to residential jobs across the city and surrounding areas using the phone line listed for scheduling. The outfit stays tied to the national store chain but handles local electrical calls directly. Tucson homeowners often run into problems from intense summer heat that strains panels and wiring along with occasional storms that knock out power. Crews show up with the tools and parts needed to address those day to day issues without extra layers of management. The focus stays on getting the power back on or the outlets working right in existing homes.

Electricians from this group handle standard residential tasks such as replacing breakers, running new circuits for added loads, fixing flickering lights, and checking grounding in older properties. In Tucson the work often involves dealing with attic heat that affects wire insulation or updating panels that were sized for lighter use years ago. Crews arrive with vans stocked for common fixes like swapping out faulty GFCI outlets near sinks or tracing shorts that trip main breakers during peak AC use. They work through the job step by step, testing each section before moving on so the final setup meets code and runs steady. Homeowners call when a room loses power or when adding a workshop requires heavier service from the meter. The crews keep the process straightforward by showing the problem area, explaining the fix needed, and completing the repair before leaving the site.

Customers rate the service highly for quick response times when power goes out and for clear explanations of what needs repair versus full replacement. Reviews point to solid quality on the actual wiring and device work along with fair pricing that matches the scope described upfront. Communication stays direct with updates on arrival and any changes to the plan. The volume of feedback over many jobs shows consistent results on speed and reliability in the local market. What Customers Say

“I'am writing this to express my absolute highest praise for the contractor who recently installed the tile flooring in my master bedroom. His proficiency and work ethic are unmatched. The quality of the craftsmanship is the best I have ever seen. The floor is perfectly level, the layout is flawless, and the grout work looks spectacular. What makes this even more incredible is that he completed this entire meticulous project completely by himself. Witnessing his dedication, skill, and solo stamina at 64 years old was deeply impressive. To my embarrassment, I unfortunately did not even catch his name before he finished, but his work speaks volumes. Words truly cannot do justice to the superior quality of his work. He is a true master of his craft, and I would highly recommend him to anyone loo”

“We had countertops installed which was fine but I hate that we had to go through many companies to get this done. We purchased the countertops in April and our granite was out of stock so we had to wait for a month. The granite company was not very helpful and we had to decline picking the slab of granite. The southwest installers were nice and helpful but had to come back to our house a second time because they did not have enough seal for our countertops which was annoying since we had to wait another 24 hours to use our countertops.”

“Our installer had great communication prior to his timely arrival. Once he arrived he worked hard straight through the day and even stayed late to finish ahead of schedule. We are very pleased.”

“The person who measured was great, the sales lady at the Home Depot helped out a lot. Discussed different types of underlayment and helped get the best carpet and underlayment for my budget. Installer did a great job was in and out in about 3 hours.”

“I did not have a good experience with the Home Depot Home Services Department. I was referred to Home Depot Home Services by some trusted friends when I was looking for a new HVAC system. My friends said it was a free estimate, however, when I called, the subcontractor said it was a diagnostic with a fee just under $100, which I agreed to and paid, because I figured I needed to know what was going on with my system, and quite frankly hadn't done any research before making the initial phone call. After the diagnostic, the tech recommended that I replace my HVAC system. The tech left, and a salesperson came to my home. I was quoted a pretty high price for substandard equipment. The sales team understood how to play the sales game (the tech quoted a price and said "Dont quote me but..”

“Very easy process overall. The Home Depot side of things made it easy. The Installers was easy to work with too. The price of everything was well below my budget and I was able to have the Installers put new trim in.”

“Dealing with Home Depot was good. Installation scheduling went well. The installation wasn't great. The installer was polite, but clueless on professional behavior. He didn't seem to speak English well so it was hard to communicate or he didn't want to talk. He put his sweating drink cup on a wood table. He took four phone calls while installing the carpet and took breaks to scroll on his phone. I asked him to put booties on his shoes, he declined. The back of the carpet was dirty with foot prints which shouldn't have happened, and I didn't want the front dirty. His hand prints were on a wall, he reinstalled closet doors on the wrong tracks. He pulled up a tile on an adjacent floor when he removed the old carpet. He should be given some training on how to behave in someone's home.”

“Carpet install went smooth, quick and easy. Installers were on time and did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely as well and even left me the excess carpet they didn’t use (they asked if I wanted it) awesome experience overall”

“Air conditioning evaluation. Man who came from Parker and Son's was very professional and informative. Reasonable price for eval and we will follow through with some of his recommendations.”

“Home Depot made this easy. They did a great job taking measurements, providing a written quote and sending expert installers. I was very happy with the job and would certainly work with them again.”
