“An inspector came out from SSC recently and wrote over 30 negative things about my off grid solar system. Every single thing was an opinion and speculation only. Today a different local company came out and looked it over and they were shocked to see that my off grid solar system was built very well, withstands the elements, up to codes and done correctly. All you people want is money, money, money regardless of being honest. Every inspector should be and needs to be held accountable for every job done and everything said. I truly feel sorry for every home owner with solar who has to deal with such unnecessary crap.”

“I compared several solar companies before I went with Saguaro Solar. All of the proposals were similar, however, Saguaro Solar spent more time with me explaining the proposal and letting me explore different options to understand the return on investment impacts. They were not a high pressure sales company and they perform the installation as promised. The time to produce clean energy was longer than they had anticipated at the start, but most of the delays were not in their control. Whenever I had a question, I could call their office and get a reasonable answer within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.”

“Very friendly company. Enjoyed the installation process. Half of the unit stopped working less than a year in. Even though they monitor the system they didn’t catch it. After 3 months I noticed it. They did cover expected loss of generation. Appreciate them doing that for me. 2.5 years after installation I have a large leak in the roof causing damage inside attic and ceiling. Leak is occurring where panels are but they claim it is related to the vent. Pictures show sloppy craftsmanship under my tiles that could have caused the tiles not to sit properly or eventually cause damage. Had an independent contractor come to fix it and he said I should go through solar company due to it being related to installation. TEP and Pima county were on time but, this company always caused the delays and mistakes at literally every stage of the process. Once I signed the first contract, they will rarely contact you. Even then, they don’t answer the phone most of the time and when they do “we will call you back once I get an update later today” and I would not hear back for days until I called back. “Months after supposedly being finished with installation, a wire with bad insulation touched metal and caused the breakers to trip on our Powerwall and the battery to be locked by Tesla until the issue is fixed. When they came out to find the problem, they found not only that but that wires to some of the panels were not installed correctly so not once since installation have we had all of the panels connected and providing power. This is also the second time since installation that they found panels weren't connected, but apparently didn't find them all the first time.
