“I have been using Ace A/C for years and have never seen another company of any kind of work that is better than ACE. Not only do they do excellent work at a reasonable price, but Karl and his team are kind, honest, and really caring. With this Texas heat it is a very stressful situation when you are having a house full of company and the A/C stops cooling. That is exactly what happened this July 4th weekend. When I called Karl in a panic, he came right over, discovered the problem and worked overtime on a Friday night leaving his family to fix the problem. He saved my weekend!! He makes me feel like I am special, but I have heard him talking to other clients and he makes all of his clients feel like he cares and that is because he really really does. “Update: This is my second time using Ace for air conditioning service and repair and I am a very satisfied customer. They answered my call right away and scheduled service on my mini-split air conditioner very promptly. After repairing a leak and recharging my unit, they put in the time necessary to thoroughly check that my system was operating correctly. Many thanks to Ace! Looking forward to more comfortable winter and summer from here on out. Ace air conditioning came out in the cold to help me set up my heat pump/mini split unit. “0 stars.... Wow. Can't believe the unprofessionalism. I thought it was just the technician that was the problem last time but this time it seems to be just whoever you speak with. Last time, several years ago, the so called tech was in my attic cussing like a sailor. Granted it is hard to get up there and over the ducts with only boards to step on. I told him that he could gather his stuff and go if it's too hard to do. He finished and left. Ok, so recently we noticed the ceiling bulging and a little while later the ceiling fell down and it was soaking wet. My husband went in the attic and couldn't believe what the Ace technician did. He cut the drain line turned it upward and capped it off. The pan filled slowly and over flowed therefore ruining ceiling, insulation and floor. Also , left two Freon canisters and lot's of trash up there.My husband ended up fixing that his self. This time he by mistake called them to fix the heater. Access to the attic has been changed so they can get to it easier, just need a 10 or 12 foot ladder to get in the attic, EASY. My husband did it several times and we're old. Yesterday said they would be here today, this morning said he couldn't because he doesn't have a tall enough ladder ,whaaaaaat??? Treat customers like crap and you're going to hear about it but as a so called professional should be able to hold composure and act like it. Found someone who said no problem I'm not scared to climb a ladder lol. Unprofessional when called, tech unprofessional and very terrible work.”

“Carl and the crew at Ace Air are great. They came out very quickly after we called, even in the peak of summer heat (busy time for them). They ended up recommending replacement of our unit, which they were able to install within three business days after I informed them of our decision to order it. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for good quality equipment. Very friendly service! Update, 1/2026. Originally posted in 2020 or 2021, I believe. Since then, we’ve moved, replaced all 3 HVAC units in our current home, and have done a variety of other projects. I’ve also recommended them for my parents’ home and their business in Athens. Every time, they show up on time, diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and are very reasonably priced. I appreciate them!”
