“What is the definition of fraud? To lie to deceive and to have it all for financial gain. I called them because I think but wasn't sure that a pipe needed to be cleaned out. They assigned a guy to show up and do an estimate because they couldn't give me one over the phone. The guy gets here and without looking without doing any kind of inspection so it's going to be $850. Now I might have been born at night but I wasn't born last night. I told him no thanks and have a good day and he replied well I'll need that $150 fee. Apparently there's $150 fee just for showing up. He never got his money. So I asked you this did they tell me the truth about the $150? And was their intent of gain?”
