“I tried to fill up my truck today using the points my wife and I had. Gas was $2.28 a gallon. The cashier said the reward system was down which would have given me 40 cents off per gallon. The pump when I tried to do it there said our reward card was locked and that is what it was telling everyone else who tried it at the pump. I left and went back a few hours later and now the cards are working but the price of gas is now $2.76 per gallon they raised it 50 cents per gallon. Maybe it doesn't sound like much when you are just looking at me. But other people could have had up to a dollar off per gallon and that system and price is corporate wide. That is a lot of money fraudulently stolen from customers.”

“A while back when you go into Brookeshire's people would greet you the cashiers would be smiling friendly talk to you and you had a nice family oriented experience. Now they barely talk to you frown like it's a job. Can't wait to go home look and it's not that friendly a store. If you wanna keep that up, please train your employees and cashiers how to be courteous and look like they're happy you're there. Plus I had a young girl in Longview Brookeshire's was putting things in my cart as the cashier was checking it out and she was gonna put food on top of my bread. I said oh not my bread and I moved it and she didn't say I'm sorry or nothing. She just gave me this look and continue putting groceries in bags. I was not pleased. Benita Kay.”
