“Once again Steve did our annual maintenance and we cannot say enough good things about him and his efforts. Our generator has been running the best since he took over our account. He has great rapport with us and we know he is equally as conscientious with all his clients. Because we are in a hurricane area as well as have frequent power outages, we depend on Sharpline and Steve to keep us going. Our thanks to David, Ashley, and Steve for continuing excellent service.”

“We purchased our whole house Kohler standby generator with a 10-year warranty from Sharpline Home Services in 2020. It continues to serve us well with few outages. Sharpline’s excellent service tech for our area is named Steve. He is great about maintaining and servicing it as needed. He readily advises us on issues with the generator and explains why Kohler is the best choice compared to Generac. Ashley is always responsive when I call for scheduling. David Mazurek needs to clone Steve and at the very least, give him a big atta-boy along with a hefty raise!”

“Be very careful what you are asking for. You will be charged an exorbitant amount, approaching $200/hour. Technician late by a couple hours, twice, never apologized or explained the delay, and overcharged the number of actual hours of work. They will count their time in minutes, not hours, so start your watch as soon as they walk through the door, because they will. Had to ask the technician to redo switches installation as they were misaligned "these switches make me work, wires are too long???!!!" and got billed for the time spent to redo the job properly. Initial bill sent non itemized, second bill adjusted modestly after my complaint, still not showing exact time spent. It will be much cheaper to go to your doctor than to work with this company. Never again with these people, not even for the simplest of jobs.”
