“I don't know where these two young men come from that have been in the store lately, but i haven't experienced service of this magnitude in a long time. Reminds me of myself. Not only is service excellent, but they are extremely knowledgeable and respectiful. Also prices are reasonable. This place is a hidden gem of valuable resources that as a home owner we can appreciate.”

“Took my plumbing part in to find replacement. They sold me the wrong part. No big deal, stuff happens. Drive back to replace and realized it was the wrong size. Didn't have time to travel back with no shower so had a plumber come fix. Got sent out of town for hurricane relief before I was able to return. As soon as I was back in town, I went to return and was told it was less than two months but outside of the return policy of 30 days. Was rudely told that the policy was printed near the bottom of the 18" receipt. Understand policies too, but they can and usually are discretionary. They made the choice to be rude and refuse to take the unopened products back. Will never go back to a business that is this petty. Was only $30 but come on people use your brains. Very poor customer support and zero commitment to satisfaction.”
